Up-cycling
I found my love for upcycling during periods when I noticed my creativity feeling strained when working to meet deadlines at university. I found upcycling to be an outlet where I could simply switch off and enjoy the manual process of sanding, painting and reworking tired objects to become unique and fun pieces of design.
Tom's Drums
Tom gave me the brief of upcycling his practice drum kit. To be placed in the context of a dark and plain basement, I had full creative freedom and chose a versatile 6-colour palette and painted each drum with its own pattern.
